This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers four bedrooms and bathrooms, a private pool and screened porch, and golf course views. The home is approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach.
The residence boasts an open layout for its primary areas. In the living room, you'll find ample seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the rear deck and pool area. Connecting the living room and kitchen is the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a central island and generous counter space. A second living room with flat-screen TV sits just off the kitchen. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower, and access to the screened porch. Completing the main floor are a laundry room and a half bathroom. Head upstairs to discover the additional bedrooms. On the left side of the staircase is a bedroom with a king bed and its own bathroom with a standalone shower. On the right side and down the hallway is a bedroom with two queen beds and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. Further down the hall, you'll find an open area featuring twin-over-full bunk beds, a loveseat, and a flat-screen TV. The last bedroom boasts a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower.
Outdoors, you can relax by the pool or on the screened porch, both offering views of the golf course.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 10' W x 18' L. The pool heater will be available for Fall 2025. The pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
