Located on the main beach promenade and within easy walking distance (5~ blocks) to downtown Carlsbad Village and restaurants. Three comfortable and spacious bedrooms (1 master with king bed and panoramic ocean views, 1 large King guest bedroom and 1 Queen guest bedroom, all with full closets!). Three full bathrooms (including master bathroom), each with shower or tub. Free unlimited high-speed WiFi (streaming quality), in-unit washer and dryer, private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, private back yard with patio dining and propane grill for family barbecues! Unit comes stocked with beach umbrella, backpack beach chairs, boogie boards, and board games; each guest receives their own beach towel and bath towel. All renters must sign waiver committing to comply with house rules (including no noise, no smoking and not pets) and pay security deposit.
