Livingroom: has sectional and 55" Roku TV, entertainment cabinet with family games
Dining room: Round table with seats 4
Master bedroom: 1 king bed, dresser, Roku TV, full bath w/ walk in shower and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2: 2 full beds, dresser.
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed, dresser, Roku TV, bay window with views of twin lake.
Lanai (12x24) : over looking Twin lakes and the best views of Carolina's wild life. with Roku TV
Outdoor patio: gas grill, gas Firepit surrounded with bistro lights for the perfect ambience .
Covered carport with attached shed, beach chairs and sand toys.
Guest access
Guests have full access to our entire home. Private beach access with parking, all amenities including 2 outdoor pools, Kids Splash Pad, Outdoor Hot Tub, Indoor Heated Pool, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, Basket Ball Court, Volley Ball, Baseball Field, Community Center and kids newly installed Play Ground. Don't forget your fishing poles as all of our lakes are stocked with plenty of catch and release fish. Fitness gym is available for an additional community fee paid at the Front Office. Tupelo Bay located just across the street has 2 golf courses and a driving range, plus foot golf, disc golf, and putt-putt.

-GOLF CART included ( Must be a licensed driver 21 or older) For use in Oceanside Village and Beach parking lot only. If used outside OSV, Cart privileges will be revoked immediately!
Other things to note
Please bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and beach towels. Bed linen and bath towels provided.
For weekly rentals:
Starter kit will be provided. (One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap, small hand soap, shampoo and conditioner .
SMOKING Outdoor Only Policy. Evidence of smoking within the house and Lanai will forfeit security deposit. There is plenty of outdoor cover at the carport.
