** Vehicles: Only 2 cars are allowed (if you are renting more than 28 nights, please discuss with owner if you have more than 2 cars).
** Noise: city says no music or sound (TV, cell phone, radio, etc.) are allowed outside at any time; i.e music, etc. only inside, and not audible beyond the property line.
