Wolf Creek Ski Resort is just 30 minutes away! Designed in Austin, TX and recently completed in 2022, this single story home with no steps features three bedrooms with king sized beds plus a study and two full baths. High ceilings and eight foot tall windows create ample natural light and make nature the primary focus. There are dramatic nightly sunsets and peak-a-boo views of downtown, the San Juan River and mountain range beyond.
An open floor plan and Chef's kitchen with modern cabinetry, a custom granite "waterfall" island counter, stainless commercial gas range and multiple pans, spices, and cooking accessories make entertaining a breeze. The master bedroom is separated from the guest rooms and has a view worthy of staying in bed all day. The master bath features a custom vanity with dual sinks, backlit mirror, a separate toilet room, and massive walk-in shower.
