While technically it is considered a “backyard cottage,” it is accessed without ever entering our yard or shared spaces. You will have total privacy. You'll also have dedicated off-street parking in the driveway in front of the Carriage House.
The open layout downstairs features a comfortable living area with ample seating, a charming electric stove, cable TV with streaming options, and a dining area adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with full-size stainless steel appliances. All-Clad cookware and a selection of regional cookbooks will inspire your culinary adventures. On Sundays, don't miss the nearby Ballard Farmers Market for the freshest ingredients.
