Palmira Golf & Country Club is a private gated community with 24 hr Security service in an enclave of private homes. The newly renovated Renaissance Club offers a resort-like pool setting featuring a Bistro Restaurant and Bar, fully serviced by professional staff. Have your drinks and food served at the poolside like a high-end resort! Also include at the Club is a separate lap pool and a fully equipped spacious Fitness Center. Sports Amenities including Tennis and Pickleball courts and lighted Bocce Ball courts. The Club pool and spa is virtually steps from the home. The open concept residence offers 2100 sqft and is elegantly decorated with quality furnishings. Entering through the vaulted Foyer into the Open Concept Principal rooms, you can immediately see you are in a home that is loved by it's owners. The Dining Room offers generous seating for 6 and the Great Room is a wonderful place to unwind after a day at the beach. The Kitchen is outfitted with everything you should need for your stay, and features a eat in area for 6. Three (3) full bedrooms starts off with a spacious Master Bedroom with King size bed, large dresser, TV, double closet, and large master en-suite offering two separate counter spaces, a separate shower, and a relaxing tub. The second and third bedrooms offer Queen sized beds, dressers, and double closets with a 4 piece bathroom between them. A huge plus is the private office with a monitor, color printer, and wireless internet for your use. The principal rooms overlook the lake, golf course, & water fountain. Walk out to a very spacious lanai with outdoor furniture including a dining table with seating for 6, a separate sitting area, lounge chairs, and barbecue. This home was the Model for the development and is situated on an oversize pie lot with beautiful views of nature.
