Spacious 1-acre property located off the 9th green of the Clipper Course and 200 yards from the clubhouse of Shipyard Golf Club.
The perfect getaway for multiple families or golf trips vacationing together. Two separate living areas, dining seating for 10 or more, private bedrooms + full bathrooms, and a lofted bedroom with bunk beds and sleeping for 6 tucked away from the main bedrooms and living spaces.
The main living area features a leather sectional and swivel accent chairs. A 65" 4K TV and Sonos soundbar allow for relaxing and listening to music while you entertain.
Our favorite room is the second living area, equipped with a fold-out sleeper sofa perfect for expanding into a cozy movie couch to watch on a beautiful 65" 4K TV and 5.1 surround sound. Books, movies, board games, and a sit/stand desk with monitor and docking station allow for a multi-function living space. Attached is a sunroom/game room with a table for board games, playing cards, or simply socializing as you look out onto the 1-acre yard and golf course. Close the doors and pull the blackout drapes to use as a semi-private 4th bedroom with a wardrobe closet.
The master bedroom also features a 65" 4K TV, soundbar, and subwoofer. You'll sleep on a king-size memory foam mattress. A private master bathroom features a walk-in shower, large vanity, and soaker tub. Step out from the bedroom into the screen porch for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The guest bedroom has a 55" 4K TV, private bathroom, and king-size medium firm memory foam mattress.
Off the kitchen, a hallway leads you up a short flight of stairs above the garage to a lofted bedroom with sleeping for 6, perfect for kids, with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a queen-size fold-out couch. We also provide a Pack 'n Play portable crib for an infant or young child. There you will find kids' toys, books, a Golden Tee arcade game, putting surface, blackout shades, and a private full bathroom. Customize the sleeping temperature with a dedicated window A/C & heating unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including a double oven, freezer/fridge, induction cooktop, toaster oven, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, and microwave. Coffee bar including a Keurig, Ninja drip coffee maker, and French press.
The dining room offers a table set for 6 with additional table leaves allowing for up to 10 plus a 2-seat bartop.
In the garage, you will find an assortment of bikes as well as beach supplies including sand toys, chairs, Shibumi beach canopy, and yard games.
Shipyard offers private beach access, a 5-minute drive away or 10-minute bike ride, or head over to the bustling Coligny Beach & Plaza which is the same distance away.
