Per the Board of Directors at Summerhouse Condominium, the pool access is not guaranteed during this period. The Association is unable to accommodate individual requests or make special arrangements regarding pool availability while construction is ongoing. Summerhouse is a gulf view condo complex centrally located in Mexico Beach. Within the complex, you will have access to a community pool, hot tub and sauna. There is also a grilling/picnic area on the ground level. Mexico Beach is a cute little beach town about 3 miles long with local shops and restaurants and gorgeous white sand beaches. Most of the hot stops can be reached by foot or bike along the sidewalk just outside of Summerhouse.
This particular condo is a large 2 bedroom unit on the second floor with an additional sleeping nook. It sleeps a party of 7 very comfortably. It is so charming in the way that it’s decorated, you’ll certainly feel like you’re at the beach even when you’ve come off of it. The large sliding glass doors let in an abundance of natural lighting and allow for an awesome view of the beach. Take a step closer once you walk out on the deck where you can also enjoy a meal.

Please notice: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways. Also, pets are not welcome on site.
