Here you will find an outdoor dining area and a grill perfect for outdoor cooking.
On the upper level, you will find two queen beds and a full bath with a double vanity. All with a view! While the lake level of this home offers a separate, but attached suite. This area features a king bed, full bath, and kitchenette. This floor also features a separate living space with a pull-out couch with a queen bed. Just outside the lake-level suite is a patio with additional outdoor furniture. This home also features a deck with a pergola and fire pit. Roast some smores and relax around the firepit with family and friends.
Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina. There are also jet skis and a ski school/full-service marina all within walking distance. Please Contact Chic’s Marina to check availability. There are public beaches very close in both directions, and the town of Bolton is only about a mile away from shops, restaurants, and events.
