The space
Enter your space through your own private entrance and make yourself at home in our freshly furnished unit!
*Please note, part of the guest suite is upstairs, with the master bedroom, full bath, half bath and laundry. The other part of the guest suite is in the basement, including the kitchenette, living space and the second bedroom.
Your space is a private 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom suite complete with a Living Area with a sleeper sofa (full-size that can sleep 1-2 smaller people), convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware!), Desk, Patio, W/D & much more!

Parking details:
If you have a car, you can park in front of the house on Elm (please do not use the driveway so our cars are not accidentally parked in). There are street signs in front of the house that state parking is restricted to 2 hours M-F between 8am-6pm. If you are visiting during those times, your car will be fine for overnight parking, and if you're out and about during the day. If you need to leave your car during the day, we've not noticed heavy enforcement of the hours, but you may also move your car across 13th on Elm where no parking restrictions are stated. Let us know if you have questions!

You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please.

WELCOME TO THE MILE HIGH CITY! 300 days of sunshine, a thriving cultural scene, diverse neighborhoods and natural beauty everywhere. The Hale neighborhood is quaint and enjoyable to walk around. Our home (and your guest suite) are within walking distance to some excellent restaurants, a local specialty foods store, and much more! Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
