Primary bedroom: queen bed, closet, and attached half bath.
Second bedroom: queen/twin XL bunk + small closet.
Full bathroom has a walk-in shower + provided toiletries.
Living room includes a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and ceiling fans.
Spacious patio features a fire pit, BBQ, dining for 4–6, loungers, and beach gear.
For larger groups, a separate 2BR upper unit on the same lot is available (Roswitha’s Hideaway).
1 reserved garage parking space included.
Guests have access to entire unit, patio space, and reserved parking garage.

Stays cannot span both holidays unless 2 weeks.
Summer 2026:
Memorial Day–Labor Day = Saturday–Saturday stays (6–7 nights).
No arrivals/departures July 4.

Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings within 72 hours require ID verification: a selfie holding your government ID + confirmation of guest details.
