We are located in a family friendly neighborhood just 6 miles from downtown Saratoga Springs and a quick Uber ride to everywhere in town. We are also just 20 miles to Lake George Village, the gateway to the ADK. There are several options for dining, shopping, golf, and green space opportunities in the area. We often chose to stay put in our backyard, but the choice is yours!
Although you have access to the entire house, our most amazing amenity is our outdoor living space and pool area. It includes an outdoor kitchen, TV, internet access, couches, bathroom, eating area, and outdoor shower! It’s a perfect place to relax and recharge, while supporting our beautiful city of Saratoga Springs!
This is an extremely family friendly neighborhood. We respect our neighbors and will not tolerate loud music during quiet hours or parties of any kind. If you are looking for a place for a large group to gather late night we kindly ask you to look elsewhere. No additional guests are allowed.
Other things to note:
We’ve been renting our home for years through different outlets with great reviews and returning travelers. While we are new to VRBO, we are not new to hosting! All of our guests have rated us a 5 star stay and many return each summer. Reviews provided upon request. We prefer 3-4 night stays and families/couples. We ask that large, rowdy, partying groups look elsewhere. This is our family home, not a vacation rental property.
We will provide linens. We are available to grocery shop or stocking the residence with supplies prior to your arrival. This can be pre-arranged and paid for upon arrival. Please contact us if needed.
