A classic Edisto Beach cottage with pine paneled walls, floors and ceilings. As you enter the ocean view screened in porch you are greeted with lots of seating--perfect for casual conversation or a game night. Adjacent to the screened in porch is a door to a side sundeck, also with ocean views. From the porch you enter the living area of the home. There is a great room, dining area and a large kitchen, with a breakfast bar and stools. To the right side of the great room is a bedroom with a king size bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a bath with a stall shower in the hall on this side of the home and another bedroom with a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. On the left side of the property is a 3rd bedroom with twin beds and ocean views, perfect for the kids. Next to the dining area is the 4th bedroom with a king size bed and a door to a connecting bath. This bath also opens into the central portion of the home. The laundry room is next to the kitchen.
A nice beach cottage in a great spot on Edisto Beach! Additional amenities include a sundeck off rear of the house. Under the house is a concrete pad for grilling or just hanging out as well as a large enclosed outside shower. Internet services is available.
