This 1-bedroom guesthouse in Sebastopol is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With a cozy queen bed, a lovely bathtub, and a charming sitting room that includes a trundle bed, Guests will feel right at home. WiFi, and other essential amenities are provided for a fabulous stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. The trundle bed pulls out to create 2 single beds, ideal for children. Small sleeping nook in bedroom for small child; pack and play also available. The location of our place is ideal- 5 minute walk to downtown & The Barlow. 25 restaurants within 10 minutes. Close to the Joe Rodota bike trail. Over this Thanksgiving- Christmas holdiay- we are looking for longer term renters. Discount for a 3-5 week stay. OF NOTE- there are approximately 25 stairs up to the entrance of the guest house. If this is an issue for guests, we can arrange to have you park in out alley and enter through the back yard.
