It features two master bedroom suites, media room/den, eat-in kitchen for six, living room and formal dining room that seats 10. Lovely heated pool surrounded by a large, mature landscaping with towering trees that afford privacy. Secluded cul-de-sac conveniently to village shops and ocean beaches. Utilities and weekly maintenance are included in the rent. Housekeeping services included for minimum 4 week stays or more. (Two excellent housekeepers for 2 hours each per week ). (Housekeepers do not launder linens, towels or clothing.) Washer/Dryer in the house.
A child fence is available between patio and pool area upon request. Use of offsite tennis courts are available with advance notice.
The property was remodeled in 2019. Landscaping is Gorgeous and maintained weekly. All utilities, exterior gardening and pools services are included.
