Inside, the home features stylish decor, rich hardwood floors, and modern appliances throughout. The main living area boasts a large white sectional, cozy fireplace, flatscreen TV, and sliding doors that open to the pool deck and outdoor dining space. Adjacent to the living room is a chef’s dream kitchen, complete with quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, stainless steel appliances, and a double oven. The formal dining area seats up to eight and overlooks the pool, making it perfect for family gatherings. A full laundry room is also located on the first floor.
On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, Roman bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and private water closet. The second bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, accessible from the hallway.
The second floor includes four additional guest bedrooms, a cozy living area, and two balconies. The living space is furnished with a couch, armchair, flatscreen TV, and opens to a balcony with al fresco dining. A bunk room off the living area, featuring a twin/full bunk bed and flatscreen TV, is perfect for kids.
