New Saatva queen bed, plus Tempurpedic double bed in leather sectional sofa, leather reclining chair, Swedish wood-burning fireplace, (wood provided), TV/DVR/DVD, whole house high speed wifi, freshly remodeled bath. Beach gear, (chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach bag, cooler) outdoor shower, two brand new 7-speed beach cruisers with helmets and locks. Access to washer and dryer. The property fronts on a paved path for bicycling and walking, so there is no street noise. Just a few steps up from the patio is a hot tub for two under a custom-designed redwood enclosure with tiny lights, equipped with two soft terry robes and beach towels.
