Our home is 3 year old luxury townhome on 2 levels. The second level has panoramic views of all of Santa Barbara, you will see sunrise and sunset from our rooftop patio. The location is right downtown . You can walk everywhere - to the beach, theaters, restaurants, lower State Street and the Funk Zone! Every main room and the terrace have large screen smart TV's, including a 75" one in the Master Bedroom Suite. Patio has natural gas tall standing heater, a firepit/table top, and a BBQ. Luxury.
