PURE LUXURY! In our approximately 40-square-meter “Studio with Terrace,” you’ll experience pure luxury! This spacious, bright, and welcoming apartment features modern and attractive furnishings. These apartments have their own terrace with a garden and a separate entrance. Up to four guests, plus one toddler up to two years old, can stay here. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed thanks to the cozy box-spring bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa! A crib and high chair are also available upon request. The spacious closet provides plenty of room to store bulky luggage and clothes. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, etc.) and a dining area. Our guests have access to a 40-inch LED satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. In the private bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. The apartments are also wheelchair accessible. Our boarding house, built in 2019 and opened in January 2020, leaves nothing to be desired. We’ll make your stay as pleasant as possible.
