A lap pool is also available within Caswell Dunes. Walkway to beach diagonally across the street. Convenient to Oak Island Golf Course. Jacuzzi tub in Master bath plus a shower. Fireplace not for guest use. Garage for storing beach equipment and a hose to rinse off the sand. Fishing rods, bikes, board games, puzzles, books, beach cart and DVDs available for guest use. Entrance to unit is in the back of the building on the top floor. 44 ground level in front is a different unit. Nightly rentals are available. Also available for off-season monthly rental.
