This 2nd floor condo (no elevator) was recently remodeled with all new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and furnishings. King bed with memory foam mattress, new linens and totally equipped kitchen. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, but the complex has 2 laundry facilities nearby. Located in a quiet corner of the complex, the covered balcony is a pleasant spot to enjoy the outdoors. Condo is equipped with WIFI and new 2 flat screened TVs
The Ocean Walk complex offers 2 pools, tennis, pickleball, playground, Clubhouse with workout room, business office and laundry facility. The setting is enhanced by a lovely small lake with a variety of ducks and turtles. There are walking paths throughout the complex. Easy stroll to the pier village with an abundance of great restaurants and shops. This condo has received great reviews from previous guests when it was hosted by a property management company.
